Should I stay at the new job?

I am a female born on Nov.5, 1964, at 19:00 China time zone. I just got a new job as a writer and my new boss (who is a female born on Sep. 25, 1953) is very difficult. Should I stay at this job? If yes, how to avoid having conflicts with her? Please advise. Thanks.
