Reapplying for a Z Visa
I am currently in China on a Z which runs out at the end of this week, I have booked my flight home to Australia already but I need to re-apply immedetly for another Z and come back to start my new job at the end of next month..
There are reasons why I cannot transfer my Z over, mainly incompetence from others and the government angencys being shut down for spring festival.
My question is, can I immediately re-apply for a new Z when I arrive back in Australia ? Or is there some time I have to wait for some reason ?
Are there any new or changed rules regarding the visa process or required paperwork from the last 2.5 years ?
