About:Hangzhou Long-Distance Bus
Do I need a China Visa? I have a US passport and a trip booked from:
USA - HKG (8 hour layover)
HKG - HAN Vietnam
traveling to Cambodia then:
REP - PVG (hotel for 2 nights)
PVG - HKG (2 hour layover)
HKG - BOS
Do I qualify for the 144 hour exemption with these flights through HKG and a stay in Shanghai for 2 nights?
Also how do I approach the airline about the 144 hour free transit exemption as it seems that a lot of airlines are unaware of this exemption and sometimes deny travelers from boarding without entry permit.
