About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong > Guangzhou > Hong Kong 24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Looking to visit the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, travelling on the High Speed train from Hong Kong Kowloon in the morning, and returning in the afternoon. Would this qualify for the 24-Hour Free Transit, and do we just complete the paperwork when we arrive at Kowloon Station? Thanks

Of course it won't qualify for visa-free transit, because it's a visit to China and not a transit. It's also not available on the High Speed Train. You must get a visa.

ok, thanks. i will apply for a visa then, even though only visit for 1 day
