5 days VOA at Shenzhen airport

Flying into Shenzhen airport and want to transit immediately to HK.
What I've read on Travel China Guide, I'm unable to do this with a TWV.
Can I confirm that you can now get a visa on arrival at Shenzhen airport, and if so how much does it cost? (UK passport holder)
