About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Canadian changes

The Visa Application process has changed for Canadians as of January 1, 2019 (e.g. to get an L Tourist).
Has anything changed for Canadians in regrads to the 144 hour -free transit?
We are arriving from LAX to Beijing then on to Singapore.

Nothing has been changed and you still are required to capture your fingerprints on the weird machine (if you haven't done so in the past) before going through immigration.
