About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Canadian passport flying from Toronto to Beijing transit for 72 hours then flying to Singapore

1) Do I qualify for the 72 hours visa?
2) My tickets from Beijing to Singgapore are different airlines.
3)Will be staying in a hotel in Beijing, do I need to report daily?

1. "72 hours visa" does not exist. You qualify for "144 hours transit without visa".
2. Different airlines are fine.
3. Your hotel will automatically take care of the police registration.
