Is it a requirement for a Work Z Visa to have a Bachelor degree

To obtain a Work Z or Temp residents visa do you require a Bachelors Degree if you have extensive work experience in the industry (20+years)

Usually, a bachelor degree is needed when you apply for the work permit which is a necessary document for work Z type.
