About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

DO I need a VISA or can I take advantage of the 144 hour transit ?

Im travelling HND to PEK (via ICN, layover of 4 hours) , staying in Beijing for 4 days and then flying to Seoul.

You will need a visa since this is viewed as Korea > Beijing > Korea. It doesn't matter how long your stop is in Seoul even if same plane.
