Can I apply for a tourist visa while in Berlin as an Australian tourist?

I am an Australian and I will be travelling in Berlin, and have more than 4 days to process a visa. Is it possible to process a tourist l for China while I am also a tourist in Berlin? I do not have residency in Germany.

If you have valid visa in there, you can try to submit the application from the CVASC. Or you can contact the office to confirm that beforehand.
