About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have booked a flight from Berlin via Beijing via Haikou to Melbourne.

Do i need to arrange any Visas for my transits in Beijing or Haikou (I dont want to get out of the airport and only have 2 hours for each transit)

If your entire transit time, from your first scheduled landing, in your case in Beijing, until your last scheduled departure, in your case from Haikou, is less than 24 hours and it appears that this is your case, you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in China.
