I am a British Citizen, can I apply in Berlin?

Hello,

I am a British citizen currently travelling in Germany. I would like to apply for a tourist visa to China, can I do this in Germany?

I do not have German residence, I am not a student in Germany and I do not live there but I have a valid EU passport and have visited China many times. Is it possible to be issued a tourist visa?

Yes, you can have a try. It's possible to get a tourist visa from the China Visa Application Service Center in Berlin.
