About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

can apply s1 type visa again after my china resident permit expired?

Hello Everyone!!!

I'm from india.. currently working in china and have resident permit so under my resident permit my wife also have resident permit, but now she went back to india for some situation, during this time my work permit switching to another company so my resident permit also will be renewed. I can't bring my wife back to china for during the process of new company transfer and there is a wedding function on march(at this time almost the resident permit expired).

question:

can I apply new s1 while she under resident permit to bring back her?

or can I apply s1 after current resident permit expires?

or any other possibilities to bring my back to china?

please answer if anyone knows or crossed these kinds of situations,

If you switch to another company in China, you can try to renew your residence permit at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you can leave and enter China within its validity. Your wife can apply for S1 type to stay with you in China.
