Do I qualify for 144 hour visa free transit in China?

I hold an Australian passport and I am flying to Hong Kong and boarding a cruise ship with the following 15 day itinerary: Hong Kong - Manila - Kaohsiung - Keelung (Taipei) - Naha - Ishigaki Island - Busan(Pusan) - Nagasaki - Kagoshima (Japan) - Shanghai. I then plan on staying 2 days in Shanghai before flying direct back to Australia.
