Melbourne - Shanghai - Osaka - Shanghai - Singapore - Melbourne

I'm flying with an Australia password. Staying in shanghai for only the weekend before leaving to Osaka. On the way back, I'm only staying in Shanghai for 1 day before departing for Singapore.
Would i be eligible for the 144hr twov?
