About:Tianjin Bus & Metro Search Tool

I am flying from Seoul to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport arriving at 5pm.

And then leaving from Pudong Airport at 2am (only a 9 hour stay). Will I need or visa or am I eligible for the 144 hour free visa?

No, you don't need visa. And you can enjoy the 144 hours visa free policy as long as your destination country is differ from Seoul.
