About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Indian Passport Holder - Toronto - Guangzhou - Colombo (10h layover)

Would I be eligible to transit in China (Guangzhou) visa free for 10 hours before departing from the same airport to Sri Lanka (Colombo)?
