About:SG01

Flying with Air China From Stockholm then having a 15hours layover at Beijing Capital Airport

For next flight to Hanoi.
I intend to visit Beijing, am I qualified to have visa under 24h? Do I have to take my checked luggage in PEK when I go out? If not, does my luggage go the way through to my final destination? And Do I arrival in T2 or T3 with AirChina?

Yes, you are qualified to have visa under 24 hours.
You don't need to collect the luggage and recheck them at PEK. You should tell the staff at the transfer hall and the luggage will be delivered to your final destination.
Air China flights arrival and departure both in T3.
