About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Toronto (07/08/19) - Beijing (07/10/19) - Seoul (07/12/19)? Am I eligible for Visa free?

And I just apply for this permit upon arriving in the Capital Airport correct?

Yes, you don't need visa. If you wanna leave the airport, you need to apply for the stay permit when you arriving at the airport.
