About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72-hour visa do we qualify?

I'm from Brazil and my husband from the uk, but we are permanent residents in New Zealand. we are planning to go to Paris (where we both do not require a visa), with a stop of 9 hours on our way to Paris , and with a stop of 23 hours on our way back home , but we only planning on leaving the airport on our way back (23 hours stop) we arrive from Paris around 4 o'clock in the morning and leave the same day (or next) 11:30 - midnight, can we use the 72-hour transit permit since we doing New Zealand- Beijing China- France ? or do we need to apply for entry permit??
thanks

You both qualify for the 24h transit on both ways.

No visa is needed.
