Transit visa 144 hours. I’m doing the below trip

Hi,

I was wondering if the 144 hours will work for me. We have a British passports.

We are flying out on the 16th of March to Beijing then take a plane to Haneda/Tokyo on the same day and stay until the 20th (5days). From Haneda/Tokyo on the 20th we flight back to Beijing and stay until 25th (6days) flight back to London on the 25th.

Please advise if is possible to use the 144 hours.
