About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Uk to beijing. I have booked a flight to Beijing

H,
I I’ll be staying in the city until my connecting flight goes to Taiwan 72 hours later.

I will be staying in Taiwan for 10 nights then returning to the uk via Beijing. The stop over this time will be 15 hours.

Would I need a visa or not in this case?

I’m confused!

As long as Bejing is the only mainland china landing then you are eligible for one transit to Taiwan and another from Taiwan back to UK.

I can rest easy now travelling into Beijing without a visa.
