Is it easy and convenient for those who use wheelchairs to hire taxi or ride metro in Taipei?

What's the good suggestion for someone who is unable to walk smoothly except hiring a chartered van?

You are advised to use subway lines in Taiwan. As I know, you can easily find facilities for disabled person. Don't worry.
