About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

So do I need I Visa or not?

It is a bit confusing. You did mention i should fill arrival card include my entry permit number !!.. so do I need a China Visa in my passport when I will enter Qingdao for 72 hours flying HK/Qingdao/HK or not? I hold Polish Passport. please clarify this issue because in is not explain clearly. thank u

Of course you need a visa in your passport. You are visiting China and not in transit.
