About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Good day, 72-hr visa free transit

Is the following itinerary eligible for the twov waiver?
I am living in Amsterdam and flying back home after visiting Shanghai.
AMS - SIN (2 day stay)
SIN - TPE ( 2 day stay)
TPE - PVG (2 day stay)
PVG - AMS

You didn't mention your nationality. If you're from one of the 53 listed countries then you don't need a visa. Otherwise you do.
