My friend and I will be arriving on two separate international flights in Harbin.

He is flying from Seoul and I am flying from Taipei. Where is the best meeting point for us? Are the international and domestic terminals now linked, or still require a shuttle bus?
Does the shuttle bus to Harbin city center only leave from Terminal 2 (domestic)?
