Connecting flight international to domestic at Beijing Capital Airport

Hello, I will be arriving on Swiss at 05:15 am, connecting onto Kashgat on China Airways at 08:20 am. Separate tickets for these flights, all in T3. Is this enough time for transit? Is there a transit-desk at arrivals in PEK? I appreciate your information. Thank you!
