About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Beijing airport to hotel to cruise ship within 24 hours

I Will be arriving in Beijing airport on March 15 at 10 PM. I will be staying in a hotel and departing from the cruise port at Tianjin on March 16 at 5 pm. Do I need entry permit or can I get a 24 hour pass? Where do you get this?

You would be eligible for 144h twov in Beijing and Tianjin. No visa will be needed then.
