About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Osaka to Beijing to Washington, D.C.

If we have a stopover in Beijing would I (an American living in Japan) and my daughter (dual US-Japanese citizen) be eligible for visa-free transit in Beijing?
