What are the needed requirements of the person being authorized to process my documents for authenti

Authentication of my transcript of records, diploma and certificate of no criminal records (nbi). Done with authentication from DFA. Needs authentication from China embassy and I will be authorizing a person to process it. We already have the SPA, what other requirements he needs?
What kind of affidavit is needed?
