what are the needed requirements of the person being authorized to process my documents

Question

Authentication of my transcript of records, diploma and certificate of no criminal records (nbi). Done with authentication from DFA. Needs authentication from China embassy and I will be authorizing a person to process it. We already have the SPA, what other requirements he needs?What kind of affidavit is needed?

Maybe you also need to provide your passport and its copy, the application form for attestation, and document to be authenticated and the copy as well as others. You can contact the consular office to inquire the details.
