About:China Train Travel - A Beginner¡¯s Guide

can I buy the bullet train ticket from Xian train station to Louyang

on the same morning on departure date and how long must I reach the station before departure time.

You can a ticket at any railway station before departure time, but to boarding the bullet ride, you can only do it at Xian North Station. The North Station is the only high speed railway station in Xian. If possible, it is still better to buy the tickets in advance in case the tickets are fully booked.
