About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

about business visa.

Alright then please i would like to know. Im cameroonian. can i apply a business M to china while in phillipines?

If you have valid residence permit in there, you can apply for the M type from the Chinese embassy in the Philippines.

i don't understand. what do you mean by if i have a valid residence permit in phillipines. Coz i have visa free entry to phillipines. does that mean i can't even apply for chinese business m while on vacation in phillipines?

I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in the Philippines are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
