By bus to Baoting from Phoenix International?

Narada Resort Qixian Mount has a shuttle bus from the airport, but it leaves 4.5 hours after I land. A DD will cost over 300RMB. I was wondering if I could bus to nearby Baoting and then DD up to the resort.

Upon landing, you can take airport shuttle bus to get to General Bus Station first. The ticket fare is CNY15 per person. Then transfer to a coach to Baoting. It costs around CNY20 per person.
