Hi, How does a Chinese visa category G work?

Hi, How does a Chinese category G work?
My flight details are MNL - CAN - CTU - LAX.
17 days stay in the US. Then return flight is LAX - CTU - CAN - MNL.

Chinese visa Category is G says single entry for 10days.
Will I be able to return to MNL with the same transit g even if it says single entry?

You cannot use the G type on the way back if you already used the single entry during MNL-CAN-CTU.
