Visa validity is not the same thing as duration of stay which is the authorized period of stay in China. Your duration of stay is clearly indicated on your visa in the number of days. If you will stay beyond the duration of stay you will be fined, detained and/or blacklisted, so you must leave China before the duration is up or face the consequences.
