About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit through Urumqi and Guangzhou

Hi,
I am returning to Adelaide from Dubai, with a 4 hour layover in Urumqi and a 4hr.40min. layover in Guangzhou. Is the 24hr. TWOV applicable?

TWOV is not applicable to anyone with a stop in Urumqi. You need a visa.
