do i qualify for 144 hour transit?

i am not sure about it, flying from amsterdam to shanghai and stay there for 2 nights and then fly to Ho Chi Minh. When i return to Amsterdam i fly from Ho Chi Minh tot Beijing and then in a few hours continue to Amsterdam.
Do i qualify? as i am flying twice through China altough only on the way to Ho Chi Minh i do a few days stop.
