Canadian living in China - 10 year multiple entry visa for China

I'm a Canadian currently living in China but my visa is soon to run out. Canada provides a Chinese entry permit that is multiple entry, valid for 10 years with a max 60 day stay for its citizens. I would like to know if it's possible to get this entry permit at the Consular Office of Chinese Embassy in South Korea or whether I need to go to Canada to get this entry permit.
