About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Norwegian citizens, and is it possible to apply 72-Hour Free Transit in China?

Is it possible to apply 72-Hour Free Transit in China, when i have norwegian citizen passport? I have flight documents, prof that i would leave from shanghai not more than 48hours.

Norwegian citizens are not allowed 72/144 hours transit without visa; they must get a visa in advance.
