About:Holiday Schedule of Chinese Embassies/Consulates

Hello, i just need help, My documents need to be legalize in Philippines, I am here in china handling S2, Is it possible that my sister will do it on my behalf?As I read there I need to submit my original passport which I have here in Beijing, is it okay to scany passport instead of sending it through DHL because I have my visa and its confidential documents.Please help me with this, thank you

It's possible that you sister will do it on your behalf. You are advised to contact the embassy to inquire if you can send your scany passport for that.
