Buying several one way train tickets for different destinations

What is the most efficient ways to buy high speed train/bullet train tickets for several destinations? How much is the service fee and what is the typical booking time in advance for these tickets?

You could book several tickets in one order. Normally book tickets 2 - 3 weeks in advance is ok. The service change is USD5.49 per ticket on this website.
