About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

CAN airport and exit with train or ferry

Hello, im an italian citizen,since i have the 144hrs twov, is possible to arrive in CAN airport and then exit by train or ferry? ( before the 144hrs)

Its still a guess whether it will be implemented, its not uncommon for it to be mentioned as coming and never come. if its implemented it may or may not allow exit by other than plane.
