Temporary stay permit, do I need to have a visa?

Hi. I'm a Vietnamese travelling from US to Vietnam. I will have 15 hrs transit in Beijing. If I want to get out of the airport for sightseeing

You can use 24h twov in Beijing. No visa will be needed for that. Nice trip.
