About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transitting in Beijing. I will be arriving at Beijing airport T2 from Singapore.

I need to collect my luggage and transfer to T3 for another flight to Europe, different airlines. Will they allow us through without any visa, we will not leave the airport.

You don't need a visa but you will be granted a 24-hour entry permit to leave the terminal by immigration if the officer determines you a genuine traveler. Transferring between T2 and T3 requires you to go through immigration and customs twice because the two are not connected.
