About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

How long does the refund take?

Hi,

I would like to ask how long does the refund take? Whenever I ask the online website that purchase through, they had informed me that my refund of ticket number E731565175 and EJ10223766 have been processed on Nov. 8th but until now, my credit card inform me there is still no refund.
