Pre-arrival authorization

HI!! We are coming from Dubai going to Hongkong for tourism for 4 days & 1day to Macau.
My question is, is my Husband Pre-arrival authorization still be valid if 1day will go sightseeing in Macau & go back to Hongkong since our flight return to UAE is from Hongkong?
