About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Czech Republic - Xi'an - Shanghaj - New Zealand

Hi,
Just to be sure, in this case I am eligible for the TWOV 24? I will leave the country in 11 hours including a domestic transit flight between Xi'an and Shanghai.

As long as its less than 24 hours from schedule landing in Xi'an and scheduled departure from Shanghai then you can use the 24 hour TWOV.
