About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

We are flying from Yangon to Beijing then to Stockholm.

And the transit time is around 8 hours on the same date, can we get the 144 hours transit visa to go out of the airport then back to the airport on the same date ?
What is the minimum hours for the transit visa ?
