About:Visa on Arrival

Take a plane from Shenzhen

I'm a Belgian pasport holder. I'm flying from Belgium to Hong Kong, and planning to stay a few days there.
After this, I want to take a plane from SZ to Malaysia. Is it ok to use the SZ visa for this?
