About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Take a ferry with VoA in shekou port

I'm Indonesian pasport holder who want to visit Shenzhen with VoA. Is it possible to buy ferry ticket in Transfer desk E2 at HKIA and take the ferry (Not through the HK Immigration) without Visa?, because I'll make a VoA later after arriving in Shekou Port. Thanks in advance

Yes, you are right. No need to go through HK immigration and just buy the ticket and take the ferry to Shekou Port, then apply for a VOA there.
